Technical Information
All photographs are printed on Kodak Supra Endura professional archival paper using the dye sublimation printing process.
Refunds/Replacements
I work in a color-balanced environment and do my best to ensure my photographs are as beautiful in print as they are on the computer, but I cannot guarantee that the colors you see on your monitor will match that of the prints exactly, because everyone's monitors and color settings are different.
I always ship with insurance when available, so if your print is lost or damaged in shipping, please contact me. I will file a claim with the post office and refund your purchase price (less shipping) and/or replace your print upon successful completion of claim.
Please note that most international orders cannot be insured against damage or loss, and therefore I cannot offer refunds, however I can replace your damaged or lost print(s) at cost.
